Yello is a Swiss electronic music band. The band was founded in 1979 and has managed to release 20 albums and compilations to date. The group's compositions are often heard in films and on television, among the most famous are "The Race", "Oh Yeah" and "Vicious Games". The sound of the group is distinguished by original samples (including many real instruments), as well as the confident rhythm and deep voice of Dieter Meier. Yello perform live at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Montreux Jazz Festival is a music festival in Switzerland, held annually since 1967 in early July in Montreux, Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Geneva.
